If you've visited BrowBiz Studio for brows, there's now another reason to stop by.
The Chino-based studio recently expanded into a second space and welcomed a new team member, Naomi, who will be offering full-body waxing services from the studio's new wax room.
The new service menu includes everything from Brazilian and bikini waxing to arms, legs, back, underarms, and stomach treatments, giving clients plenty of options depending on their needs. Appointments can be booked online through BrowBiz Studio. If summer plans are starting to fill up your calendar, this might be one thing worth checking off the list early.
And if you're already visiting Aspire, Radiant Face is right down the hall. Nicole specializes in natural-looking skin rejuvenation treatments, from microneedling and injectables to collagen-supporting laser treatments designed to help you look refreshed, not overdone.

Restaurant Review Brought To You By Distrofino

Contract Distrofino for your global palate excursion.
🌶️Angry Chickz Brings the Heat to Chino
Angry Chickz has officially arrived in Chino, and it didn't take long for people to take notice. The menu features chicken sandwiches, tenders, loaded fries, and mac and cheese, with a range of spice levels that let customers choose exactly how much heat they're willing to take on.
For those who enjoy spicy food, that's where Angry Chickz really stands out. Heat levels range from mild to the restaurant's signature "Angry" spice, which requires a waiver before ordering. We opted for the milder side of the menu and still found plenty of flavor and more than enough heat. See our honest IG review above, or check out their page below!

🏘 Looking for Lower Monthly Payments?

With home prices and interest rates still top of mind for many buyers, finding ways to reduce monthly payments can make a big difference. One strategy that often goes overlooked is a temporary interest rate buydown.
A temporary buydown uses seller concessions to reduce a buyer's interest rate for a set period of time, resulting in lower monthly payments during the early years of the loan. One common option is a 2-1 buydown, where the rate is reduced by 2% in the first year and 1% in the second year before returning to the full note rate in year three.
For many buyers, this can mean lower monthly payments during the first two years of homeownership, added flexibility while adjusting to new expenses, and even an opportunity to refinance in the future if interest rates improve.
Whether you're buying, selling, or just running the numbers, our local partners have you covered. Reach out to Taylor Winkler for listings and strategy, and connect with Dillon Perry to get your financing dialed in before you start shopping.
