So I have a desk job. I spend hours hunched over my back, jaw clenched, and shoulder humped. Every day I lose the fight with gravity.
I heard Pilates was good do un-do the modern living style damage, so I decided to try out the Pilates Circle. Yes, technically that’s not strictly in Chino, but I think a little roaming isn't too bad😉
The class definitely challenged me, and as I did my glute pulses, I definitely questioned my life choices of becoming a desk worker and not a firefighter. But I left the class feeling refreshed, more straightened, and ready to tackle on more desk work!
